The item arrived on time, but it wasn’t packed properly. It came in just the product box inside of the shipping box, which was already damaged—the tab was broken off, so it doesn’t close properly. The other side doesn't close either, even though the tab is intact, likely due to poor alignment.
I reached out twice asking if I could at least get a replacement box. I even sent a video showing that it wouldn’t close. Both times, I was told to “hold on,” and each time I waited a week with no response. It really shouldn’t take that long to give a simple yes or no.
I had several people waiting to hear my thoughts before purchasing, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering. The customer service alone was enough to turn me off. If there's ever an issue with the device itself, I doubt I'd get any help based on how this was handled.
